:: Transportation to Surin Island ::
Surin Islands National Marine Park is located in Khuraburi District, Phang-nga Province. To reach the islands, one may drive along the 700-kilometer route of Bangkok-Ranong-Khuraburi. Approximately 6 kilometers ahead of Khuraburi or around Km.720 is the intersection to turn and enter Khuraburi Pier. Then ride a boat for another 60 kilometers or 2 hours.

Bus fare rates in high season of 2006 (/person/trip) are as follows:
32-seat tour bus: 643 baht outbound and 645 baht inbound.
38-seat tour bus: 551 baht outbound and 555 baht inbound.

By airplane:
